
Ingredients:
¼ cup olive oil/vegetable oil
12 garlic cloves diced
1 onion finely chopped
¼ cup tomato paste
½ cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
225 grams of pasta
1 tablespoon butter
¼ cup cheese grated
Basil, chopped, to serve
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Boil your pasta I used fusili. Keep the pasta water aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan add garlic add onions and sauté it cook until it’s soft. Add tomato purée and cook until it the raw smell goes.
3. Add all the seasonings oregano pepper and chilli flakes. Add heavy cream and you ll get that perfect colour for your sauce. Add pasta water if it becomes thick.
4. Add salt as per taste (while boiling pasta add salt to it too) .
5. After adding salt to your sauce add boiled pasta and add more seasonings according to your taste. Add cheese and butter.
Serve it with basil and Parmesan cheese
