Roasted Potatoes 🥔

INGREDIENTS:

  • Small potatoes
  • 4/5 garlic cloves
  • Chilli flakes
  • Herbs and oregano seasoning
  • Rice flour/cornflour
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil
  • Water

Preparation:

1. Clean all the small potatoes and cut them into pieces.

2. Bowl then for 10 minutes maximum and until they are 60% cooked.

3. For seasoning crush garlic cloves and in one small vessel heat oil add garlic cloves,2 tsp butter and chilli flakes . Turn off the gas immediately do not burn this .

4. Add this oil to the potatoes followed by herbs oregano and salt half a tsp and 3tbsp rice flour and coat the potatoes nicely .

5. You can also deep fry this or roast it in oven. Deep fry this till it gets golden brown on low flame and let it cook nicely .

6. After frying I microwaved it for 2 minutes which enhanced the flavour but it’s optional .

And yay! You are ready
