
Ready in 10 to 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of heavy cream or whipping cream ( I have used tropolite whipped topping)
- 10 -15 Marie Biscuits or can also use Parle G biscuits.
- Expresso – 3 tsp of coffee dissolved in a small cup of water.
- Cocoa powder for garnishing.
PROCEDURE :
1. Whip the whipping cream for 1 minute on 1 st speed. Slowly gradually increase the speed till you get stiff peaks .

2. Transfer this cream into piping bag.

3 . Dip the biscuits into the expresso and place it into the container one by one. Place to layers of biscuits and over it a fat layer of cream with the help of piping bag.

4. Repeat the same process again.

5. Dust some cocoa powder on it. Excess cocoa could bitter your taste . Freeze this for max 2 minutes and it’s Done ✅
