Healthy Pineapple Guava Shake ✨

Ingredients

  • Small pieces of Pineapple ( I have taken half portion of 1 big pineapple)
  • Small pieces of Guava (2 )
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder

Preparation:

1. Cut small pieces of pineapple and guava. Grind them in your electric mixer along with red chilli powder and black pepper powder. 2. Add 1 or 2 glasses of water according to the consistency you need . 3. This results in approx 3 glasses of juice/shake .
