
Ready in 100 minutes
Ingredients:
- 500 gms Boneless Chicken
- 4tsp crushed pepper powder
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 4/5 green chillies
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- Finely chopped coriander
- Whole Spices : 3 Green cardamom,3 cloves,2 cinnamon and 4 black peppercorns
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- Butter and Oil as per your needs
- Salt as per taste
Preparation:
For the Marination –
1. Clean the chicken properly and add crushed pepper, 3 tbsp yogurt,1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt 1 tsp. 2. Mix this everything and marinate this for 1 hour .

Cooking:
1.Heat oil and butter in a flat pan and add the whole spices. 2. Once it splutters add the chicken pieces one by one without the marinade. 3. Cook this on high flame for 4/5 minutes on both the sides it will get slightly brown. 4. Now add the remaining marinade into the pan and cook this now on low flame for max 10 minutes. 5. It’s slightly creamy now and add chopped green chillies, little bit of garam masala and chopped fresh coriander. 6. Cook till the liquid is dried and chicken is tender.
Garnish with fresh coriander and Have it 🥰!
