
This is a super healthy recipe which statisfies your taste buds and will also help you to stay FIT.
READY IN less than an hour
INGREDIENTS :-
- 1 and 1/2 Cup of Moong/Mung beans.
- 1 small finely chopped Onion,Capsicum,&Tomato.
- 4/5 Green chillies
- 2/3 cloves if garlic
- 1 inch ginger
- Cheese (any mozzarella/processed)
- Pizza sauce &tomato sauce/ketchup
- 1tsp of EnoFruit salt or soda
- Pizza seasoning.
- salt as per taste
PREPARATION:
- Soak moong in water for atleast 30 mins. I kept it for 2 hours. Remove all the excess water in the bowl and grind it in the mixer along with green chilles, ginger and garlic.
- Check the consistency it should not be too thick add water if needed .( consistency should be of dosa batter)
- Remove all the batter in another vessel now add al the veggies followed by some fresh chopped corainder leaves.
- OPTIONAL STEP : add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder and 1 tsp of red chilli powder
- Add 2 tsp of cumin(jeera)
- Let it rest for 5/7 mins
- Heat a non stick pan while add 2 tsp of Eno fruit salt in the batter( add fruit salt in the end only).
- Now pour a ladle full of batter on the greased pan and make it little thick .And cover with lid and cook it at low flame till light golden colour on one side.
- Then add little oil on top of it and flip the side and cook it for another2 minutes.
- Our base is ready and now apply pizza sauce and tomato ketchup and cheese and cook it again on the pan with covered lid till cheese melts.OR you can microwave it for 1 minute.
- Sprinkle little herbs and chilli flakes and our yummilicious delicious healthy moonglet pizza is ready to serve.Enjoy 👍😍🥰
