Homemade Coloured Chocochips.

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 block white chocolate.
  • Food colouring of your choice.
  • Butter paper

Preparation:

1.Cut the white chocolate into pieces.

2. Heat Water in a vessel till it starts boiling. Turn off the gas and place white chocolate over it and mix it slowly till it meltes.

3. Add any food colour (not more than 2 drops) in the melted white chocolate. Transfer this batter into a piping/icing bag.

4. Place a piece of parchment paper on the floor.

5. Snip off one corner, and pipe dots onto the prepared parchment paper. After piping about half of the chocolate mixture, gently touch a toothpick (or your clean, dry fingertip) into the center of each dot, and lift it up to create the iconic point.

6. Place this paper gently into freezer for 5/6 minutes and you are Done!!

You can also do the same with Dark chocolate or any chocolate of your choice.
