Kesar Kharvas

This is just 4 ingredients recipe and tastes just like the authentic one ✨

Ingredients

  1. For 1/2 litre Chick Milk
  2. Pinch of kesar
  3. 1 Cup of Sugar
  4. Elaichi Powder

Preparation:

1. Add sugar and elaichi powder in the chick milk 🥛 also add some normal milk into it and Mix it till sugar dissolves

2. Add kesar and put it all in a pressure cooker for about 40 – 45 minutes ( Remove the whistle of your pressure cooker )

And it’s done you can also enjoy it hot or you can put it in fridge for cold kharvas.
