Street Style Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • Chopped Veggies (Cabbage,beanstalk,capsicum,carrot ,spring onions and very little amount of normal onion)
  • Finely chopped (4Green chillies,6 7 cloves of garlic and ginger)
  • 1 tbsp Szechwan Chutney
  • 2 cups of Rice (soaked 20 mins prior in water)
  • 1 Maggie Masala Cube (optional but it enhances the taste)
  • Salt,Black pepper,Vinegar and Oil.

Preparation:

1. Take a big vessel full of water and add rice to it (before rice should be washed and soaked into water for 20 mins). 2. Add 1 tsp oil and salt and let rice cook. When rice is cooked 90% take it out and drain all the water out of it. Place rice in a plate and let it cool down.

3. Lets start making our street style fried rice for it cook the whole recipe on high flame for that smoky flavour. 4. Add 3 tbsp Oil in a wok/vessel when the oil gets heated start adding green chillies,ginger and garlic. After half a minute add onions and sauté it for 1 minute. 5. Put all your veggies one by one (don’t add spring onion now keep it for later) Give this a nice mix and cook it for 2 minutes (Don’t overcook it as the flame is high). 6. Time for some 1tsp black pepper powder,vinegar 1tsp and Salt as per your taste. (Can add just a little soya sauce at this moment but it’s completely optional). 5. Add your rice in the wok and Stir it. 6. Now comes the ingredient Szechwan Chutney just add 2 /3 tsp in your rice and 1 Maggi masala cube ( alternative is you can simply add maggie masala 1 1/2 tsp ). 7. Mix it all and It’s done STREET STYLE FRIED RICE .
