
Description
Thukpa is a Tibetan noodle soup, which originated in the eastern part of Tibet. Amdo thukpa is a famous variant among Tibetan people and Himalayan people of Nepal. The dish is also consumed in the region of Sikkim, Darjeeling, Kalimpong and Arunachal Pradesh in India.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Boiled Noodles
- Tomato Purée ½ cup
- Chopped ginger
- Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tsp
- Sliced Onion,Capsicum,Carrot,Tomato (each 1 )
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Chilli powder 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tsp
- Black pepper powder 2 tsp
- Corainder powder 2 tsp
- Chilli sauce 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
Preparation
1.Boil half packet of Noodles and while boiling add pinch of salt and 1 drop of oil. 2.Boil your noodles 80% and remove them in one plate and keep aside for cooling.
3. Take a Big vessel and add 2 tbsp of Oil. 4.Add ginger and saute it after half a min add tomato purée and Mix it on medium flame for 3 ~4 mins.
5.Add ginger garlic paste and mix it again and let it cook for 2 minutes.
6.Now it’s time for veggies Add sliced onion ,carrot and Capsicum.(cook it for 5 minutes). 7. When these veggies get cook add tomatoes. Mix it for 2 minutes.
8. Add all our spices now turmeric,chilli powder and coriander powder.
9. Finally add your noodles and mix it. Your noodles proportion will be little less and that’s good for your soup

10. Final step is to add vegetable stalk or water to it followed by soya sauce chilli sauce and salt. Cover it with a lid and boil it for 10mins and it’s Done✨
Serve Hot and add some freshly chopped coriander on top of it .Enjoy 😊
