Paneer Chilly 🍲

Part 1

Ingredients

  • Paneer/Cottage Cheese :-200gm
  • Cornflour :- 3 tablespoons
  • Red chilli powder :- 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Preparation (PART 1)

  1. Dice paneer into pieces
  2. Coat it with salt,red chilli powder, (turmeric powder is optional) and cornflour
  3. Mix it so that all the pieces get coated.
  4. Heat the frying pan and add 3tbsp of Oil
  5. You can deep fry or shallow fry paneer pieces in the pan
  6. Remove the pieces in the plate when both the sides get golden brown.

Part 2

Ingredients

  • Cornflour 1/2 tsp
  • Diced Green Capsicum :- 2
  • Diced Onion :- 2
  • Green chilli :- 1
  • Soya sauce :- 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli sauce :- 1 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce :- 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic :- 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar :- 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Preparation (PART 2)

  1. Take oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger
  2. Saute a little and add green chillies and onion.
  3. Saute together and add green capsicum.
  4. Now add soya sauce, vinegar,tomato sauce and red chilli sauce followed by fried paneer
  5. Sauté and add water+cornflour Mix it
  6. Add pinch of salt 🧂 and turn off the gas. Serve Hot 🍲

TIPS:-

  • Can Replace Paneer by Tofu.
  • Make this recipe of high flame for smoky flavour.
