Part 1
Ingredients
- Paneer/Cottage Cheese :-200gm
- Cornflour :- 3 tablespoons
- Red chilli powder :- 2 tsp
- Salt to taste

Preparation (PART 1)
- Dice paneer into pieces
- Coat it with salt,red chilli powder, (turmeric powder is optional) and cornflour
- Mix it so that all the pieces get coated.
- Heat the frying pan and add 3tbsp of Oil
- You can deep fry or shallow fry paneer pieces in the pan
- Remove the pieces in the plate when both the sides get golden brown.

Part 2
Ingredients
- Cornflour 1/2 tsp
- Diced Green Capsicum :- 2
- Diced Onion :- 2
- Green chilli :- 1
- Soya sauce :- 1 tbsp
- Red chilli sauce :- 1 tbsp
- Tomato sauce :- 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic :- 1 tbsp
- Vinegar :- 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation (PART 2)
- Take oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger
- Saute a little and add green chillies and onion.
- Saute together and add green capsicum.
- Now add soya sauce, vinegar,tomato sauce and red chilli sauce followed by fried paneer
- Sauté and add water+cornflour Mix it
- Add pinch of salt 🧂 and turn off the gas. Serve Hot 🍲
TIPS:-
- Can Replace Paneer by Tofu.
- Make this recipe of high flame for smoky flavour.
