OATS BANANA BREAD 🍞 ✨

Serves 4 people

INGREDIENTS :-

  • 350g Oats
  • 170ml Milk (can use plant milk too for making a Vegan Bread)
  • 50g walnuts
  • 3-4 ripe Bananas
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Preparation :-

  1. Chop the bananas into small pieces,put them into a bowl and mash them up with a fork until there is no large piece anymore.
  2. Add milk and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix everything together with a fork or you can use a hand blender.
  3. Mix oats in a blender, a handmixer or a food processor until you have Oats Flour.
  4. Add the flour to the mixture and stir it well. ( Don’t add everything at one time, add it in 3 steps)
  5. Add the baking powder and stir it again.
  6. Grease your Tin with butter or oil.
  7. Place it in a preheated oven and bake it about 60 minutes at 180 C
  8. Alternative is you can also microwave it for 10-11 minutes .

TIPS :-

  • You can make your bread Vegan 🌱 by using Plant milk instead of using regular Milk.
  • Don’t grind walnuts put them as small pieces itself.
